We take utmost care to present all product details accurately.

• Slight variations in color may occur due to lighting, screen resolution, or fabric texture.
• All prices, specifications, and availability are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product images are for representation purposes and may differ slightly from the actual product.

3. Orders & Payments

• Orders are confirmed only after successful payment.
• We accept payments through secure online gateways.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available at the moment.
• Tara Sarees reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances, including payment issues or stock unavailability.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We strive to deliver your orders quickly and safely.

• Orders are shipped through DTDC.
• Estimated Delivery Time:
  • Telangana: 3–4 working days
  • Other Indian States: 6–8 working days
• Shipping Charges:
  • Telangana: ₹110
  • Andhra Pradesh: ₹125
  • Other Indian States: ₹150
• Free Shipping on orders above ₹10,000.

Note: Delivery timelines may vary due to external factors like weather, strikes, or courier delays.

5. Returns & Exchanges

• No return or exchange is applicable once the product is delivered.
• Returns are accepted only in cases of physical damage during shipping.
• A clear parcel opening video must be shared within 24 hours of delivery to be eligible for a return.
• Without an opening video, no return requests will be accepted.
• Once approved, returns will be processed as per our policy.
