1. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing them.

Note: Once your order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled or modified.
2. Return & Exchange Policy
We follow a strict No Return and No Exchange policy.
We accept returns only in case of physical damage or defect in the product, and only under the following conditions:
A full unboxing video (from the moment the parcel is opened) is mandatory.
The video must be clear, unedited, and show the shipping label for verification.
You must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Send the video and issue details to via WhatsApp.
Once reviewed, if your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a store credit/refund as applicable.
3. Refunds (if approved)
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method or bank account.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
4. Non-Eligible Cases for Return/Refund
We do not accept return or refund requests in the following cases:
Size mismatch (as most sarees are free-size unless blouse is customized)
Change of mind after purchase
Delays caused by courier beyond our control
No parcel opening video provided
Damages due to mishandling after delivery
5. International Orders
All international sales are final. No returns, exchanges, or cancellations are allowed unless the product is damaged and proper proof is submitted as per the above policy.
